You will translate complex data into actionable insights, lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, and oversee the Sales Support/Admin function. This fully remote role supports Australia-based sales teams and requires strong analytics, project leadership, and CRM expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a combined performance management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, generate, and analyze sales and marketing performance reports on a regular cadence.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to guide sales teams on targets, gaps, and opportunities.
• Track KPIs across both functions; identify trends and recommend performance improvement strategies.
• Provide structured performance updates to the Sales & Marketing Director and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks accessible to the business.
