Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in inbound sales, outbound sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Proven track record of converting leads and closing sales over the phone
• Strong ability to simplify and clearly communicate product benefits to a diverse customer base
• Clear, neutral English-speaking accent, with the ability to speak slowly and patiently when assisting customers who are hard of hearing
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Experience using 3CX or a comparable business phone system
• Proficiency in Zoho CRM or a similar customer relationship management platform

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by converting inbound calls and following up on prospective customers.
• Convert inbound sales inquiries by clearly communicating product value and processing payments promptly.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of hearing aids and private health fund claiming pathways.
• Follow up proactively on online leads and inquiries through outbound calls and emails to increase conversions.
• Receive and triage after-sales service calls, resolving common customer concerns during the initial interaction whenever possible.
• Escalate product-specific and complex service concerns to the appropriate internal team through email.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of sales activities, leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
• Remain consistently available during scheduled business hours to capture inbound sales opportunities.
• Route complex customer service inquiries to the appropriate internal team for further assistance.]
