Job summary

AsiaCruit, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support revenue growth through customer engagement, consultative selling, and efficient order processing.

You will identify customer needs, present products, respond to inquiries, qualify leads, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle. This customer-facing role collaborates with sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, chat, video meetings, social media, and other sales channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, product questions, service requests, and sales opportunities.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on customer needs, budget, timeline, fit, and purchasing intent.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and order details.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and activity metrics.
