You will join a remote-first team supporting 700+ practices and help shape triage standards, documentation, and automation initiatives. A collaborative, customer-centric mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support for SaaS or software environments.
• Ability to learn a product deeply to answer general, billing, and technical questions.
• Clear, warm written communication with practice owners and teams.
• Strong triage judgment to resolve, deflect, or escalate tickets.
• Collaborative mindset across support, engineering, marketing, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve a wide range of questions independently within the Tier 0/1/2 framework.
• Identify and fix a process pain point in the first quarter and deliver measurable improvement.
• Own a slice of the support queue end-to-end within six months.
• Reduce escalations by improving content and documentation for faster resolutions.
• Contribute to roadmap discussions on automation and scalable support practices.
