Job summary

Arcos LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer implementations of Arcos software solutions. You will coordinate discovery, planning, configuration, integrations, testing, UAT, go-live, stabilization, and transition to support, interfacing with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and delivering measurable business outcomes through clear communication and scalable delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• PM Certification (preferred) and experience leading SaaS implementations.
• Strong communication, analytical and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams using Arcos standard project management practices.
• Develop project artifacts including charters, scopes of work, budgets, work plans, risk logs, communication plans, status reports and change requests.
• Monitor customer contracts to ensure compliance with the agreed scope of work.
• Act as PMO standards, governance processes, and implementation delivery tools SME.
• Serve as the single point of contact for all project-related issues and correspondence.
• Review new implementation projects with sales to identify stakeholders, scope, dependencies, and requirements.
• Manage multiple simultaneous medium implementations or two to three large projects.
• Direct and coordinate activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budgets.
• Prepare status reports and review reports; modify schedules as required.
• Engage with Engineering to finalize requirements and delivery dates.
• Monitor profitability and burndown status; take corrective action if off budget.
• Translate business outcomes into clear requirements and designs for teams.
• Collaborate on configuration, integration, data migration, testing, release-readiness.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate summaries, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop executive communications linking progress to value and outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement with templates, prompts, and playbooks.
• Other duties as assigned.
