BruntWork is seeking an experienced Roofing Insurance Claims & CRM Coordinator to operate remotely and support a U.S. roofing contractor. You will manage CRM records, coordinate insurance claims, and assist with Xactimate estimating and supplements while maintaining professional communication with homeowners and adjusters.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple claims, and reliable remote work hours aligned with U.S. Central Time.

Qualificações

• Remote experience supporting a U.S. roofing contractor.
• Experience with U.S. property casualty claims.
• Familiarity with Xactimate estimating and supplements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking across claims.

Responsabilidades

• CRM & Pipeline Administration: Maintain and update customer records, job files, milestones, and notes inside the CRM for seamless handoffs between sales and production teams.
• Customer Service & Scheduling: Answer inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule inspections and adjuster appointments.
• Insurance Claims Administration: Assist in assembling, submitting, and tracking insurance claims from filing through final payment.
• Xactimate Estimates & Supplements: Review and prepare estimate files, compile scope-of-work docs, and draft supplements using Xactimate.
• Carrier & Adjuster Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with insurance carriers and adjusters regarding supplements and disbursement schedules.
• Sales Support & Pipeline Follow-Up: Conduct structured follow-ups with leads, deliver proposals, and address homeowner questions to maximize closing rates.
• Billing & Collections Coordination: Generate invoices, track insurance checks, and manage follow-ups on outstanding balances.
