Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in RevOps or CRM administration.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Strong reporting and dashboard skills.
• Strong data hygiene and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in the Philippines with reliable home office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce or HubSpot users, objects, fields, and permissions.
• Build and maintain workflows, automations, and validation rules.
• Keep CRM data clean, deduplicated, and accurate.
• Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Document processes and support CRM users.
• Partner with GTM leaders on pipeline and forecasting improvements.
