Job summary

Somewhere is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to own the technical infrastructure behind the sales organization, including HubSpot architecture, lead routing, automation, and data integrity.

This is a highly technical, hands-on RevOps role requiring independent design, testing, and maintenance of revenue systems, with a strong emphasis on optimization and integration across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps or related field.
• Strong experience with HubSpot architecture, pipelines, properties, workflows, and data management.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks and system integrations.
• Ability to independently architect and implement technical solutions for revenue operations.
• Proactive in identifying weaknesses and optimizing revenue infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and ongoing optimization of HubSpot across the sales organization.
• Build and maintain pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages, workflows, and automation.
• Design sophisticated lead routing and assignment logic.
• Maintain clean and reliable CRM data.
• Build reporting dashboards for sales and leadership teams.
• Establish scalable CRM structures to support growth.
• Diagnose and resolve workflow, routing, reporting, and data integrity issues.
• Continuously evaluate HubSpot architecture and identify improvement opportunities.
• Own Calendly configuration and integration with the broader sales ecosystem.
• Build and maintain routing and round-robin logic.
• Manage availability rules and scheduling workflows.
• Configure reminders and appointment-related automation.
• Troubleshoot booking and routing issues.
• Ensure scheduling data flows correctly into CRM and reporting systems.
• Continuously improve the booking experience and operational reliability.
• Own and optimize calling and SMS infrastructure through Aloware.
• Build integrations between communication systems and HubSpot.
• Automate appropriate sales communication processes.
• Troubleshoot calling, SMS, sequencing, and integration issues.
• Ensure communication activity is accurately captured within the revenue ecosystem.
• Manage Typeform and other lead capture systems.
• Develop qualification and routing logic based on lead attributes and behavior.
• Maintain consistency between lead capture systems and CRM records.
• Identify and resolve funnel leakage caused by technical or process issues.
• Improve infrastructure supporting the complete customer acquisition journey.
