MEDMARK TRAVEL Inc. seeks an experienced Regional Senior Travel Consultant to join its remote team. The role focuses on travel sales, handling corporate and leisure itineraries, and expanding a personal client base of Filipino clients, OFWs, or foreign residents in the Philippines.

The candidate must have travel agency sales experience, a proven track record, and the ability to work a flexible schedule from a remote/home-based setup.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of practical and successful experience in travel agency Sales Travel Consultant role or similar position in travel agency.
• Experience with building detailed travel itineraries for Groups or Luxury Individual Clientele.
• Excellent English communication skills – verbal, presentation and written.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
• Proactive generating of Sales Revenue (Bonus Rewards).
• Experience with handling travel visa requirements & insurance.
• Knowledge of world destinations, cultures, locations and historical sites.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue and manage client communications to ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Build detailed itineraries for groups or luxury clients.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Handle confirmations and chaser queues; send documents promptly upon client information.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and high-quality outputs; manage multiple priorities.
