Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven experience engaging on Reddit or on other platforms.
• Deep familiarity with subreddit cultures, norms, posting etiquette and moderation.
• Strong writing with a natural, conversational tone; promotional language should be secondary.
• Understanding of how community engagement drives brand visibility and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Self-motivated, able to maintain consistent engagement over the long term without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor relevant subreddits for discussions related to our brand and products.
• Participate in Reddit discussions by providing helpful, informative responses that highlight Study.com's value.
• Build a credible, trusted presence across relevant subreddits through long-term engagement.
• Identify trending topics, pain points, and questions within online education to inform engagement opportunities.
• Track Study.com brand mentions across Reddit and respond to inquiries, reviews, and comments in a timely and authentic manner.
• Flag negative sentiment, misinformation, or competitor mentions to the team for escalation.
• Submit daily activity logs with links to all posts, comments, and interactions completed during each shift.
• Provide weekly performance summaries highlighting wins, challenges, and recommendations.
