Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator (Manufacturing) to support a NAM client. This remote role operates 9 pm–6 am Manila time and involves background checks, interview scheduling, job requisition management, onboarding, and ensuring process compliance.

The successful candidate will coordinate with stakeholders across levels, manage multiple assignments, and maintain accurate systems and trackers to deliver a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in recruitment or HR administration.
• Strong communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Database/CRM/ATS.
• Driven by best practice and operational excellence.
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple assignments.
• Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Initiate and monitor background checks for new hires.
• Coordinate interview scheduling.
• Manage job requisitions.
• Oversee onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure accuracy of systems/tracker for process progress and compliance.
• Build positive rapport with candidates during recruitment coordination interactions.
• Maintain strong rapport with hiring managers to meet SLAs and client satisfaction.
