Job summary

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruiter – Rapid Response to drive end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients in a remote APAC-shift environment. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and business partners to promote strategic sourcing and ensure an excellent candidate experience across Asia Pacific time zones.

In this role you’ll engage in RPO-style recruitment, volume hiring, talent mapping, and talent pooling, while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, volume recruitment, talent mapping and talent pooling.
• Expert level skills in active and passive candidate sourcing, utilizing multiple sourcing channels and approaches.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage multiple stakeholders and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process.
• Provide guidance and counsel on market insights, trends, and competitor movements.
• Develop impeccable candidate experiences and drive brand engagement.
• Build, nurture and grow strategic talent pools.
