Qualificações

• Experience managing inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries.
• Comfortable with listing management and supporting real estate transactions.
• Ability to maintain CRM systems and nurture professional relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Managing calls with buyers, sellers, brokers, and tenants.
• Updating and maintaining real estate CRM systems.
• Coordinating transactions and preparing marketing materials.

Conhecimentos

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Prior experience in call handling

Familiarity with real estate terminology

Experience with MLS systems and real estate CRMs

Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office knowledge

Knowledge of digital marketing tools

Professional in handling confidential information
