Hunt St is seeking a Marketing & Growth Lead based in the Philippines to drive a measurable marketing engine for a Brisbane-based client in property management. This remote, independent contractor role aligns with AU business hours to collaborate across teams.

You will own audience research, positioning, lead generation, nurture, and conversion, leveraging AI tools and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior, growth, or performance marketing with measurable commercial results.
• Strong full-funnel marketing expertise, including lead generation, nurturing, conversion, CRM and customer journeys.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills, with strong brand and messaging judgement.
• Ability to independently develop, execute and optimise marketing strategies based on data and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of target markets and commercial objectives to inform strategy.
• Own end-to-end customer journeys from audience targeting to enquiry, nurture, appointment and sales handover.
• Create and optimise landing pages, lead capture, email/SMS nurture and CRM workflows.
• Manage content, SEO, paid campaigns, and social channels with consistent brand voice.
• Monitor key metrics, funnel performance and ROI; report with dashboards and insights.
