Responsibilities

• Paperwork & Compliance: Draft listing agreements, input property details into systems, and organize documents such as Seller Disclosures and HOA packets.
• Scheduling Logistics: Coordinate professional photoshoots, open houses, and property showings.
• Feedback & Reports: Collect showing feedback and send weekly status reports to sellers.
• Offer Support: Help process offers, addendums, and counter-offers to facilitate smooth negotiations.
