Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to own buyer and seller files from contract to closing, coordinating with clients, agents, lenders and escrow officers. You will manage the escrow lifecycle, ensure timely updates, upload documents to the broker portal, and organize closing logistics while maintaining client metrics in the company database.

This is a permanent 100% work-from-home role in the Philippines, with onboarding requirements including

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of dedicated experience handling real estate transactions.
• High proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
• Exceptional scheduling, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot transaction bottlenecks independently.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete escrow lifecycle for buyers and sellers once a purchase agreement is executed.
• Synchronize operations between title companies, mortgage lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors.
• Maintain proactive verbal and written updates with all parties involved in the transaction.
• Compile and upload required contract documents to the broker portal for internal compliance.
• Organize final possession schedules, moving logistics, and closing appointments.
• Log and update client metrics within the company database.
