You’ll guide clients through GenAI tech integration, translate legal requirements into precise prompts for developers, and perform expert quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with 7+ years of PQE in complex commercial contract negotiation.
• US/International experience preferred.
• Experience integrating GenAI technology into contract workflows.
• Strong ability to translate legal requirements for developers.

Responsibilities

Summary of Role

As Senior Legal Counsel, you are the strategic bridge between our clients' legal departments and our internal technical teams. You will act as the primary legal domain expert, ensuring AI-powered contract tools are perfectly calibrated to automate negotiation playbooks and complex redlining for top-tier global firms.
