BruntWork is seeking an analytical Real Estate FP&A Analyst to lead financial oversight for a 50+ property portfolio. You will analyze monthly financials, monitor NOI and cash flows, audit variances, and maintain centralized property records, translating data into actionable insights for ownership.

Responsibilities include debt schedule tracking, DSCR covenants oversight, and strategic advisory to improve performance and budgeting across multiple properties.

Formación

• 3–7+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or asset management.
• Hands-on experience analyzing multifamily real estate financial performance.
• Strong command of core financial statements and budgeting/forecasting.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with real estate software.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze monthly P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and GL records.
• Monitor NOI, cash flows, budgets, and variances.
• Track debt schedules, DSCR, and covenants.
• Maintain centralized property records and deadlines.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to ownership.
