Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants (GMVA) is seeking a Client Services Manager in a remote role. You will lead a Real Estate Client-VA team, align VA performance with client expectations, and drive growth for client businesses through GMVA services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Real Estate/Remote Management, strong English skills, and a proactive, organized mindset. Night shift compatibility is required for some schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years Real Estate/Remote Management experience.
• Highly proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Able to work under pressure with high-level professionals.
• Self-starter, motivated, organized with a growth mindset.
• Training/Development experience is a plus.
• Can think outside the box and create solutions when needed.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
• Open to night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving for a team of Real Estate Client-VA pairs.
• Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
• Help grow client businesses using Global Medical services.
• Oversee Real Estate Client-VA management and client needs.
• Handle escalations, negotiations, and high-level client concerns.
