Global Medical Virtual Assistants in the Philippines is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a team of Real Estate Client-VA pairs, ensuring their performance aligns with client expectations. You will plan, coordinate, and troubleshoot daily operations while maintaining high service levels.

You will partner with clients to create productive task lists, support business growth across offerings, and handle escalations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• A degree in Real Estate, Business, Management or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of Real Estate/Remote management experience.
• Highly proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Able to work under pressure and in a team of high-level professionals.
• Self-starter, motivated, organized with growth mindset.
• Willing to train others; able to think outside the box.
• MS Office and Google Suite proficiency; night-shift available.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day planning, operations and problem-solving for Real Estate Client-VA teams.
• Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
• Manage Real Estate Client-VA relationships and address escalations.
