Job summary

ClearSourceBPO is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to support a global healthcare organization by connecting patients with clinical research opportunities and accelerating medical discoveries through improved patient participation.

You will make and receive calls, assess eligibility, document interactions in our systems, and follow approved scripts with empathy and professionalism. A U.S.-based LPN certification and 3–5 years' experience are required; English fluency is essential, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN certification required; U.S.-based credentials preferred.
• 3–5 years of professional experience; clinical experience preferred.
• Call center or telenursing experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls with patients and caregivers to discuss participation in clinical studies.
• Follow an 8-hour, 5-day work schedule with breaks and lunch periods.
• Document patient information accurately while on calls in multiple systems.
• Follow approved scripts and maintain a professional, empathetic approach.
• Apply active listening to gather and clarify patient information.
• Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements.
• Record all interactions clearly in the system.
• Identify and escalate issues per standard procedures.
• Complete required training and comply with guidelines.
