ClearSourceBPO is seeking a Nurse Coordinator to support a global healthcare organization by connecting patients with clinical research opportunities and accelerating medical discoveries through improved patient participation.

You will make and receive calls, assess eligibility, document interactions in our systems, and follow approved scripts with empathy and professionalism. A U.S.-based LPN certification and 3–5 years' experience are required; English fluency is essential, with Spanish a plus.

About the role

As a Nurse Coordinator, you will support a global healthcare organization dedicated to advancing life-changing treatments by connecting patients with clinical research opportunities. You will help accelerate medical discoveries by improving patient participation in clinical trials worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls from patients and caregivers interested in participating in clinical research studies, providing information and assessing eligibility


• Follow a structured 8-hour, 5-day work schedule, including designated breaks and lunch periods


• Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and manage patient information while on calls


• Follow approved scripts and procedures while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach


• Apply active listening skills to gather, confirm, and clarify patient information


• Evaluate patient eligibility based on study requirements


• Accurately document all interactions in the system in a clear and organized manner


• Identify and elevator issues according to standard procedures


• Complete all required training and maintain compliance with company and client guidelines

About you

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification required (U.S.-based credentials preferred)


• Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience required; clinical experience preferred


• Previous call center or telenursing experience is an advantage


• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus


• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and explain complex medical terms


• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail


• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment


• Must have a quiet, professional home workspace


• Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet (not company-provided)


• High proficiency in using online systems, tools, and technology
