Qualifications

• 2–5 years of bedside nursing experience in hospital, clinic, or direct patient care.
• Active nursing license (RN preferred, based on jurisdiction).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with patient assessments, care coordination, and documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical triage over the phone and assess patient needs.
• Manage admissions, intake, and discharge with accurate documentation.
• Review clinical documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Provide clinical training and onboarding to staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality and compliance.
