Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Enablement Coordinator in Pasig, Philippines. You will coordinate partner enablement activities, ensure on-time delivery within budget, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and Marketing to support enablement initiatives and events.

The role involves maintaining calendars, communicating with stakeholders, and organizing asset collection and performance proofs. This is a full-time on-site position based in Pasig.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years coordinating marketing activities, trade shows, events, or partner programs.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers and partners.
• Detail-oriented with calendar management and documentation.
• Ability to identify scheduling conflicts and follow through on actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner enablement activities on time and within budget.
• Cross-reference commitments against calendars; resolve conflicts.
• Communicate with Product Managers and partners before/after enablement activities and events.
• Prepare and distribute internal partner communications and asset requests.
• Send Outlook invitations to sellers and monitor attendance for enablement activities.
• Support planning and execution of partner vendor fairs and collect proof of performance.
• Coordinate partner contests and incentive programs.
