Job summary

Insight in Manila is seeking a Marketing Operations Support teammate to assist in marketing campaign execution across product materials, eCatalogs, emails, direct mail, and more. You will collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product management to ensure timely delivery.

You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinate with copywriters and designers, analyze campaign performance, update data, and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2–5 years of direct marketing experience.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with proofreading skills and familiarity with AP style.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and collaborate well in a team.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Open to work on a US Shift Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to production as part of marketing campaign execution.
• Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and other teammates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns across channels.
• Utilize marketing analytics to gather data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.).
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical and financial information.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to support department operations.
• Support recommended solutions using analysis and judgment to inform decisions.
• Articulate the organization’s vision and goals while accepting feedback.
