Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Marketing Enablement Coordinator to coordinate partner enablement activities, ensure deliverables are on schedule and within budget, and collaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and the Marketing team to support enablement initiatives and events.

You will help keep stakeholders aligned by managing calendars, event requirements, communications, attendance records, and supporting documents, and you will prepare and distribute internal partner communications

Qualifications

• 1–2 years coordinating marketing activities, trade shows, events, or partner programs.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail in calendars, event requirements, and documentation.
• Ability to identify conflicts, gather feedback, and follow through on actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner enablement activities, ensuring deliverables are on time and within budget.
• Cross-reference partner commitments against activity calendars and resolve conflicts.
• Communicate with Product Managers and partners before and after enablement activities and events.
• Prepare and distribute internal partner communications and asset collection requests.
• Send Outlook invitations to sellers and monitor attendance for scheduled enablement activities.
• Support the planning and execution of partner vendor fairs.
• Collect, organize, and submit proof of performance documentation to Accounting.
• Coordinate partner contests and incentive programs.
• Work closely with Sales, partners, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting to keep activities organized and stakeholders informed.
