Job summary

Insight in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Marketing Enablement Coordinator to coordinate partner enablement activities and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and Marketing to support enablement initiatives, communications, event scheduling, and vendor fairs, while keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years coordinating marketing activities, trade shows, events or similar initiatives.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers and partners.
• High attention to detail while managing calendars, event requirements and attendance records.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner enablement activities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Cross-reference partner commitments against calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate with Product Managers and partners before and after enablement activities and events.
• Prepare and distribute internal partner communications and asset collection requests.
• Send Outlook invitations to sellers and monitor attendance for enablement activities.
• Support planning and execution of partner vendor fairs.
• Collect, organize, and submit proof of performance documentation to Accounting.
• Coordinate partner contests and incentive programs.
• Work with Sales, partners, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting to keep activities organized.
