Job summary

Insight in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a Marketing Enablement Coordinator to coordinate partner enablement activities and ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and Marketing to support enablement initiatives, communications, event scheduling, and vendor fairs, while keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring documentation is complete.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years coordinating marketing activities, trade shows, events or similar initiatives.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills to manage multiple activities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers and partners.
• High attention to detail while managing calendars, event requirements and attendance records.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partner enablement activities, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Cross-reference partner commitments against calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate with Product Managers and partners before and after enablement activities and events.
• Prepare and distribute internal partner communications and asset collection requests.
• Send Outlook invitations to sellers and monitor attendance for enablement activities.
• Support planning and execution of partner vendor fairs.
• Collect, organize, and submit proof of performance documentation to Accounting.
• Coordinate partner contests and incentive programs.
• Work with Sales, partners, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting to keep activities organized.

About the role

As a Marketing Enablement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating assigned partner enablement activities and ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, partners, and the Marketing team to support enablement initiatives, partner communications, event scheduling, and vendor fairs.

You will play an important role in keeping stakeholders aligned, managing schedules and event requirements, and ensuring that supporting documentation and proof of performance are completed accurately and on time.

Along the way, you will get to:

• Coordinate partner enablement activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within the approved budget.
• Cross-reference partner commitments against activity and event calendars, identify scheduling conflicts, and coordinate feedback with the appropriate stakeholders.
• Communicate with Product Managers and partners before and after enablement activities and events.
• Prepare and distribute internal partner communications and asset collection requests.
• Send Outlook invitations to sellers and monitor attendance for scheduled enablement activities.
• Support the planning and execution of partner vendor fairs.
• Collect, organize, and submit proof of performance documentation to Accounting.
• Coordinate partner contests and incentive programs.
• Work closely with Sales, partners, Product Management, Marketing, and Accounting to keep activities organized and stakeholders informed.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 to 2 years of related experience coordinating marketing activities, trade shows, events, partner programs, or similar initiatives.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities, schedules, and stakeholder requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Managers, and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing calendars, event requirements, communications, attendance records, and supporting documents.
• Ability to identify scheduling conflicts, coordinate feedback, and follow through on action items.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and deadline-oriented environment.

Nice to have:

• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Relevant marketing experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Previous experience supporting vendor fairs, trade shows, partner events, contests, or incentive programs.
• Familiarity with Outlook invitations, attendance tracking, asset collection, and proof-of-performance documentation.
