Job summary

Staffstream is seeking an Operations Coordinator located in the Philippines to own quoting, pricing, and end-to-end sales coordination. You will build robust quotes, review profitability, and manage the process from inquiry to win or loss, coordinating with suppliers and the operations team to ensure smooth project setup.

You will use ServiceM8 for quotes and job management and Burdi for gross-profit calculations, ensuring accurate pricing and clear proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in quoting, estimating or sales support within trades or field services.
• Ability to manage pricing, gross-profit calculations and labour-hours.
• Strong written communication for clear, persuasive proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and price quotes, transfer details into ServiceM8, ensure completeness.
• Build pricing in Burdi, check profitability, and quote labour hours to team.
• Issue polished quotes and proposals to maximize win probability.
• Own the sales process from quote to final decision and update records in ServiceM8.
• Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors and manage project setup post-win.
• Support billing, invoicing and document SOPs for repeatable workflows.
