Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Temporary Quality Assurance Specialist in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. You will evaluate customer interactions to improve experience and satisfaction, analyze data for training needs, and ensure adherence to client requirements and policies.

You will support the QA team lead and contribute to overall team success, with opportunities to participate in SOP development and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more of customer service and call center experience.
• Understanding, interpreting, and manipulating data for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Audit KPIs for operations (outgoing correspondence and survey results).
• Review and evaluate customer service interactions across channels and related procedures.
• Coordinate logistics and conduct related audits, including sample selection and reporting results.
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation.
• Assist with SOPs, QSDD, Quality forms, and quality recognition programs.
• Assist with data analysis of quality reports and develop reports as needed.
• Perform special projects including new training delivery and other duties.
• Flexibility to perform on-site, off-site, or remote as needed.
