Job summary

You will evaluate performance against KPI metrics, generate monthly QA reports, identify trends and issues, and collaborate with Training and Operations to implement improvements. Scheduling QA coverage and contributing to process enhancements are also part of the role.

• Monitor live streaming sessions to ensure hosts follow scripts, product information, and SOPs.
• Evaluate live host performance based on their KPI metrics
• Generate QA reports based on their monthly performance
• Identify performance trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to implement corrective measures or coaching.
• Assist in scheduling QA coverage to ensure all live sessions are monitored.
• Help strategize and suggest improvements to the QA process.
