Job summary

Frontline Data Solutions is seeking a QA Testing & Client Support Specialist in a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will validate bug fixes and new features, and support enterprise customers with technical issues across the product lifecycle.

You will write and execute both manual and automated tests with Playwright, document defects clearly, and collaborate with developers to improve quality. Strong communication is essential for successful customer interactions and clear updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience providing client support for a technical product.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing manual and automated test cases, with Playwright.
• Experience supporting enterprise software and diagnosing technical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication to document findings and interactions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA testing on bug fixes and feature releases across manual and automated approaches.
• Design, write, and execute test cases with emphasis on Playwright automation.
• Document QA findings and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.
• Provide technical client support via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service.
• Maintain and update product documentation and help content to keep it accurate.
