Job summary

Concord is seeking a QA Developer to support quality assurance across web applications and APIs. This remote contract role works directly with the engineering team and emphasizes hands‑on test automation using Playwright from day one.

You will extend test coverage with Cypress and Postman, design robust test scenarios, and collaborate with engineers to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects. Fluent English is required; Latin America time zones apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Developer with solid testing fundamentals.
• Experience testing both web applications and APIs.
• Hands-on development experience in Playwright; ability to write and build automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and maintain automated tests for web applications and APIs.
• Build and extend test automation using Playwright, with production-ready scripts from day one.
• Support existing test coverage in Cypress and Postman.
• Develop test scenarios and scripts within Playwright, not just run pre-built suites.
• Collaborate with engineers on defect identification, reproduction, and resolution.
• Report testing status and issues to the team lead.
