Job summary

Dev.Pro in the Philippines is hiring a Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and maintain automated tests for web apps. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, write robust UI tests with Playwright or Cypress, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.

The role requires 4+ years in test automation with hands-on C#, REST API testing with Postman, and knowledge of performance tools like JMeter or K6. Fluency in English and proactive collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in test automation, including 1+ years of hands-on C#.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated UI tests using Playwright or Cypress.
• Practical experience testing REST APIs with Postman.
• Experience with performance and stress testing using K6 and JMeter.
• Experience automating test runs in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, OOP, QA methodologies, and testing best practices.
• Hands-on manual testing experience.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, including collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English level.
• Desirable: End-to-end testing experience.
• Desirable: Familiarity with relational databases, specifically Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated UI tests using Playwright or Cypress.
• Test REST APIs with Postman and validate responses.
• Conduct performance and stress testing with K6 and JMeter.
