Job summary

Monvia, a leading Australian SaaS insurer tech provider, is expanding its offshore QA team in the Philippines. We are seeking a QA Test Analyst passionate about quality, eager to grow in automation, AI-assisted testing, and modern testing tools, starting with manual testing and progressing to automation across Playwright and API testing.

You will work across functional, regression, and exploratory testing on our SaaS platform, while engaging in continuous improvement and learning modern

Qualifications

• Has 5 years software testing experience.
• Experience executing manual test cases.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery environments.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Validate insurance workflows and customer journeys.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through Jira.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release activities.
