Job summary

Monvia, a leading Australian SaaS software company, is expanding its offshore QA team in the Philippines. You will start with manual/ regression testing across our SaaS platform and grow into automation using Playwright and API testing, while aligning with AI-assisted quality engineering initiatives.

You will collaborate with Australian stakeholders, participate in agile ceremonies, and help evolve testing practices toward modern approaches and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 5 years software testing experience.
• Experience executing manual test cases.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Australian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and acceptance criteria for features and defects.
• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Validate workflows and customer journeys in the SaaS platform.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through Jira.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and release activities.
• Maintain and execute automated test suites (FitNesse, Playwright, Selenium).
• Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort.
• Support shift-left testing and collaborate with developers.
