You will work at the intersection of psychology, data science, and business to develop assessments that enhance hiring, recruitment, and workplace well-being, integrating survey results, psychometric data, and team insights for practical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving; prior experience not required.
• Proficiency with statistical concepts; familiarity with SPSS, R or Python is a plus.
• Ability to translate psychometric data into practical business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.
• Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of Lifekeys' psychological assessments.
• Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.
• Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance Lifekeys’ digital psychometric platform.
• Explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.
• Stay updated on psychometric research and best practices in psychological testing.
