Job summary

Lifekeys is seeking a proactive Product & Client Engagement Lead to develop digital mental health content, support product development, and help onboarding and engagement for corporate clients.

You will create psychological exercises, digital courses, and assessments, while helping businesses integrate Lifekeys’ tools into their organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with content creation, e-learning or instructional design is a plus.
• Able to explain mental health concepts practically to corporate clients.
• Interest in AI-driven product development and digital well-being solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being and resilience.
• Develop engaging written content, including prompts and learning materials.
• Refine tests and assessments, including scoring models and interpretation.
• Contribute to product development using AI and digital tools.
• Onboard and engage business clients, and support adoption of Lifekeys solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and business teams to communicate concepts.

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and structured team member to join Lifekeys as a Product & Client Engagement Lead.

This role involves developing digital mental health content, supporting product development, and working with businesses to ensure successful onboarding and engagement.

You will create psychological exercises, digital courses, and assessments, while also helping businesses integrate Lifekeys’ tools into their organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital courses, exercises, and assessments on mental well-being, resilience, and personal development.
• Develop engaging written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials.
• Help refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
• Contribute to product development, working with AI and digital mental health tools.
• Stay updated on mental well-being trends and research to improve our products.

Business Engagement & Client Success

• Support new clients during onboarding, helping them integrate Lifekeys’ solutions.
• Communicate with business clients to ensure smooth adoption and engagement.
• Collaborate with the business team to create materials that help companies promote mental well-being initiatives.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to make psychological concepts accessible to businesses.
• Identify ways to improve client engagement and long-term platform usage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfortable working with corporate clients and explaining mental health concepts in a practical way.
• Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is highly desirable. Familiarity with software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects) or other design platforms like Canva can be beneficial.
• Understanding of mental well-being or behavioral science (formal psychology training is helpful but not required).
• Interest in AI-driven product development and digital mental health solutions.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Tagalog proficiency is a strong advantage for localization purposes.
