Job summary

Smart Suites is expanding its offshore operations team in the Philippines to support its growth in Australia. As a Property Services and Cleaning Associate, you will coordinate maintenance, oversee exterior upkeep, and assist cleaning operations across our portfolio.

You'll work remotely on a full-time AU-shift, with compensation of AUD 1,500–1,700 per month, and time-tracking via Hubstaff. Join a fast-growing hospitality brand embracing automation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property coordination or similar operational support roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance jobs, including guest-caused damage and wear-and-tear.
• Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, contractors, and service providers for timely work.
• Create and manage purchase orders for repairs and cleaning-related services.
• Schedule recurring property upkeep and common-area cleaning.
• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and completion statuses.
