Job summary

VirtuallyinCredible Careers Hub is seeking a Property Management Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of a property management team. The role will supervise Virtual Assistants, handle leasing, maintenance coordination, and collections while aligning with upper management for performance improvements.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in property management, experience leading virtual teams, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in apartment or residential property management.
Experience supervising leasing agents, coordinators, and admin staff.
Strong knowledge of rent collection, renewals, notices and occupancy management.
Experience managing virtual teams and remote employees.
Ability to operate during U.S. business hours and communicate in English.
Quiet home office with reliable internet and power backup.

Responsibilities

Supervise leasing, collections, maintenance dispatching, and admin activities.
Ensure all rental inquiries are answered promptly.
Monitor lead conversions, applications, approvals, move-ins, and occupancy levels.
Post rental ads on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Zillow, and other platforms.
Create and optimize ad campaigns to maximize lead generation and occupancy.
Monitor ad performance and recommend improvements.
Review guest cards, applications, reports, and vacancy data.
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up until completion.
Provide daily coaching and supervise team members.
Identify operational problems and propose occupancy/collection improvements.
