TOA Global is seeking a detail-oriented Property Accountant to manage the GL for a portfolio of multifamily properties in a mainly onsite role in the Philippines. Responsibilities include AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close support.

You will work closely with property managers and owners on accurate financial reporting. The right candidate has 5–8 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or AppFolio, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years accounting experience, preferably with real estate or property management.
• Hands-on experience with industry property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, MRI, or AppFolio.
• Strong Excel skills for financial analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain general ledger for assigned multifamily properties and prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close and variance analyses.
• Support budgets, cash flow management, and cash projections.
• Process vendor invoices, file records, and ensure PO/audit compliance.
• Post rent receipts, reconcile resident ledgers, and review rent rolls against GL.
• Collaborate with property managers, vendors, and ownership for accurate reporting.
