Job summary

LogiScale Inc. is seeking a Property Accountant to support lease and property accounting for multiple locations. You will manage rent escalations, CAM reconciliations, and property tax processing while ensuring accuracy in Sage Intacct.

The role requires 2–4 years of related accounting experience, strong lease knowledge, and proficiency in Excel. Remote work options are available with night shift accommodations in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in property/lease/real estate accounting or general accounting.
• Strong understanding of lease administration, rent escalations, prorations, CAM reconciliations, and property tax processing.
• Experience with month-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, variance analysis, and audit support.
• Able to read and interpret lease agreements, legal documents, and purchase agreements accurately.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems.
• Familiarity with ACH payment processing and online banking portals.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret lease documents and determine actions.
• Calculate and communicate rent increases and prorations with landlords.
• Upload lease and legal documents into Sage Intacct and ensure data accuracy.
• Upload monthly rent bills into Sage Intacct; review CAM reconciliations.
• Coordinate with landlords to resolve questions and update recurring bills.
• Process rent payments through ACH portal and Wells Fargo system.
• Track property tax payments and obtain approvals for online payments.
• Prepare monthly accruals for rent, CAM, and taxes; close monthly balances.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and rent-trending analysis.
• Support audit requests with schedules.
