Boomering Inc. is recruiting a Project Operations Coordinator to support Australia-based operations from the Philippines. The role focuses on coordinating field technicians, managing logistics, and ensuring compliance across complex telecom infrastructure projects.

The position is remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, offering a competitive Php 40,000–50,000 monthly salary and a full range of employee benefits. You will liaise between executive offices and field teams to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Administration or Coordination, with field ops/logistics focus.
• Experience supporting telecoms, mining, utilities, or heavy infrastructure is desirable.
• Strong communication, resilience, and ability to manage challenging field teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily and long-term scheduling for technicians and field engineers.
• Ensure compliance through accurate Job Packs, safety assessments, and client handovers.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with field staff and project managers to resolve conflicts.
