• Quality: oversee plan accuracy, site progress, punch lists, and final turnover.
• Reporting: provide daily, weekly updates and risk flags to the Chief of Staff.

Role Description

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning and execution of kitchen and restaurant construction projects - from understanding the client’s requirements to final turnover. This role will work with a team of consultants, architects, and project engineers, ensuring that timelines, quality standards are met, and acts as the primary client contact for projects.

You will take ownership of the projects assigned, solving problems, aligning departments, and making sure every project moves forward with clarity and discipline. This is a role for someone who thrives under pressure, and can communicate clearly with teams and clients.

• Execution - You'll monitor day-to-day operations on multiple kitchen and restaurant projects
• People - Ensure that architects, project engineers and on-site teams hit deliverables without excuses
• Clients - Be the go-to partner for clients. Handle pressure, earn trust, deliver updates.
• Coordination - Work across internal and external partners to keep everything moving
• Quality - Oversee plan accuracy, site progress, punchlisting, and final turnover. No details left behind.
• Reporting - You will be reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and will provide clear daily, weekly, regular updates and risk flags

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction project management.
• You are an architect (preferably licensed and registered), with strong technical background in construction.
• Keen eye for detail. You see when plans are amiss and not according to specifications.
• Strong field experience. You know everything that needs to be known at the site.
• You are confident and a clear communicator who is able to handle clients.
• Strong leadership presence. Architects and engineers follow your lead and take accountability.
• You are highly organized, proactive, and sharp. You keep everyone coordinated and scheduled.
• You're a problem solver, and able to handle issues without regular escalation.
