Job summary

BlueTuskr is seeking a Project Manager to drive on-time, on-scope delivery across client accounts. You will coordinate across paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics, ensuring clarity and accountability.

The role emphasizes process improvement and scalable workflows within a fully remote team. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of PM experience, comfort with Asana, Google Sheets, and Slack, plus strong communication and a process-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience, agency experience preferred.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or accounts with tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Asana or similar PM tools.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets; comfortable using Slack for collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• A process-first mindset with documentation and improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily workflow for client accounts, track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Keep projects on scope and schedule; flag risks early.
• Act as connective tissue between paid media, creative, owned media, and analytics.
• Maintain up-to-date project status in Asana for team visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose fixes; design and roll out improved processes.
