Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in project management within digital marketing or similar environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines and detail orientation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows across Paid Media, SEO, Analytics, Web Dev and Creative.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication with client relationship skills.
• Experience using PM/collaboration platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Jira or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery for digital marketing, web development, and creative projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure ownership, timelines, and quality.
• Drive execution by prioritizing tasks, resolving blockers, and monitoring dependencies.
• Maintain project documentation, status updates, scope changes, and deliverables.
• Provide reporting and support to leadership for operational initiatives.
• Enhance internal PM processes and workflows for efficiency.
