Job summary

Capital Contracts and Technology Solutions is seeking an AYATA Project Manager / Service Hub Team Lead to drive remote-first delivery for international construction and capital projects from the Philippines. You will lead hub staff, coordinate cross‑functional teams, monitor service quality, and ensure AYATA processes are followed.

The role requires 7+ years in project management or PMO, plus experience managing remote or hub-based teams and strong client-facing communication.

Qualifications

7+ years in project management or PMO on construction/infra projects.
Experience leading remote or hub-based multidisciplinary teams.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Risk and issue escalation and mitigation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate procurement, HR, document control, contracts, cost control, planning and IT support roles.
Act as AYATA's delivery representative for assigned projects.
Monitor service quality, deadlines, reports, overdue items, issue resolution and client feedback.
Lead daily stand-ups, weekly status calls and monthly service reviews.
Escalate risks, blockers and resourcing needs to AYATA Operations.
Ensure AYATA workflows, dashboards and reporting cycles are followed.
