Job summary

ITRI (India's Translational Research Initiative) seeks a Program Manager to drive the operationalisation of 2–5 Translational Research Centres from agreement to Phase 1 implementation. You will work with Principal Investigators, TRC leadership and Operations Heads to establish governance and ensure milestones are met.

The role emphasises programme management, governance, metrics and dashboards to translate research into real-world outcomes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate engineering/science/technology degree required.
• Experience with technology-led organisations or research programmes preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and quick learning across domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operationalisation of assigned TRCs from agreement through Phase 1.
• Drive execution against milestones, timelines and objectives.
• Establish programme governance, operating rhythms and review mechanisms.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with TRC leads to resolve them.
• Monitor milestones, budgets, staffing, risks and dependencies.
• Develop dashboards, playbooks and governance templates.
