Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of programme or project management experience in the social sector or public policy.
• Proven ability to lead strategy, timelines and outcomes for large initiatives.
• Strong report writing and external communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the programme strategy as a living document reflecting skill needs and interventions.
• Translate strategy into a clear workplan and track progress.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding of Resource Persons and government-facing teams.
• Build and manage relationships with government departments, industry bodies and training partners.
• Lead advocacy activities with MSDE and industry partners to drive skilling reform.
• Publish findings and engage with pilots in North Karnataka and Bengaluru.
• Prepare structured reporting for leadership and external stakeholders.
• Travel within India to support field work and partnerships.
