We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Remote Program Director to serve as the primary point of contact for our students, parents, and prospective families.
You'll play a key role in driving student enrollment, maintaining memberships, managing payment follow-ups, and ensuring students stay engaged in their training journey.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to build lasting relationships while working remotely.
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media.
Explain programs, class schedules, membership options, and pricing.
Schedule trial classes and follow up with prospective students.
Convert inquiries and trial participants into paying memberships.
Work toward monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Follow up with members approaching membership expiration.
Re-engage students with declining attendance.
Handle membership freezes and cancellation requests professionally.
Promote membership upgrades, belt testing packages, and additional programs.
Maintain accurate membership contracts, payment records, and student information.
Follow up on failed, overdue, and outstanding payments.
Track collections and report delinquent accounts to ownership.
Help students and parents select appropriate classes and programs.
Monitor attendance and track progress toward belt testing.
Coordinate with instructors regarding class placement, testing schedules, and student progress.
Regularly check in with students and parents to encourage participation and motivation.
Maintain timely and professional communication across all channels.
Send schedule updates, event reminders, and promotional announcements.
Assist in promoting belt tests, tournaments, and special programs.
Provide regular reports to ownership on enrollments, renewals, collections, and student concerns.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience in sales, customer service, enrollment, membership management, or account management is an advantage.
Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and closing sales.
Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up habits.
Familiarity with CRM, scheduling, and billing software.
Enjoys working with children, teenagers, parents, and families.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and a quiet home workspace.
Willingness to work during peak inquiry hours, including after-school and evening hours and potentially Saturdays.
Martial arts experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
Achieving monthly student enrollment and revenue goals.
Maintaining strong membership renewal and retention rates.
Keeping overdue payments under control through consistent follow-up.
Ensuring students and parents understand their next steps in training.
Building positive, lasting relationships with students and families.
